Brandon Palmer

I work with wrestlers who want to compete at a high level. As a head coach in NC, I’ve helped athletes progress from their first day on the mat to state qualifiers, state champions, All-Americans, and collegiate prospects. Sessions emphasize fundamentals, chain wrestling, and the positions that consistently decide matches. Athletes develop mat control, positional awareness, scoring instincts, and strong foundational skills; building the habits required to succeed at all levels.
