  “Great experience! Nice opportunity to work on specific moves and small details. Liam was energetic, encouraging and punctual. His intentions to start promptly and make sure that every minute was used for instruction was appreciated. He communicated well with the group before and followed up after the session. His wrestling knowledge and ability to communicate with the athletes made my son feel very comfortable asking questions. He gave my son feedback that will help him improve and reach to the next level of competition. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve and gain more wrestling knowledge. My son felt like it was beneficial for multiple reasons and an overall positive experience.”

  “The session with Liam was awesome! Shane & Cole def enjoyed it and found it very helpful! They both said they like the small group idea coz Liam was able to spend time working with each of them individually and as he got to know them, he tailored the moves to their styles. He was also really good communicating with them prior to the session, asked them to come 15 mins early so they can start on time. Highly recommend and boys are looking forward to the next one!”
